AnimeMerch Ads is an internal tool built and operated by AnimeMerch.com, an online store selling anime merchandise. The tool uses the Google Ads API to manage the store's own Google Ads advertising account.
What the app does
- Shows reports on campaign, asset group and product performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value).
- Creates and manages Performance Max and Shopping campaigns for products from the AnimeMerch.com catalog.
- Limits campaigns to selected products, for example by product ID, category, brand or custom labels from our Google Merchant Center feed.
- Adjusts budgets and bidding, and pauses or enables campaigns based on product availability.
Who can use it
Only authorized AnimeMerch.com staff can use AnimeMerch Ads. It manages only the AnimeMerch.com Google Ads account. It is not available to the public and does not manage advertising accounts of other businesses. Store customers do not need to sign in or give any permissions.
Google sign-in and data access
The app uses Google OAuth 2.0 with a single permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (manage Google Ads campaigns). It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or other Google services. Data from Google APIs is used only to run our own advertising. We do not sell or share it, and we handle it in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
