At AnimeMerch.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exceptions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has been paid and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we begin processing and may not be able to intercept your shipment.
Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at
support@animemerch.com or via our
Contact Us page.
- Incorrect or damaged items: We offer free returns and provide a prepaid return label.
- Wrong size or style received: Free return label will be provided.
- Changed your mind or no longer need the product: You may return it within 15 days at your own expense.
Cosplay Costumes – Non-Returnable
Due to the custom-made nature of our Cosplay Costumes, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If your cosplay costume arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost. Returns or refunds for other reasons are not accepted.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund if you do not receive your item within the guaranteed delivery window.
- Full or partial refund if the item arrives significantly different from the description.
- Refunds are not available if you provided an incorrect shipping address or failed to pick up the package.
- Refunds are not issued for delays caused by customs or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather or natural disaster).
Tracking & Delivery
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at
support@animemerch.com.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@animemerch.com or via our Contact Form
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your eligibility and send return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method
Please do not return any products without prior authorization. Unsolicited returns may not be processed.
