Google API Services – AnimeMerch Ads
AnimeMerch Ads is an internal tool operated by AnimeMerch.com. It connects to the Google Ads API to manage the advertising account that belongs to AnimeMerch.com. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses. More information: AnimeMerch Ads – Google Ads integration.
Data accessed. When an authorized AnimeMerch.com staff member grants access through Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0, scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), the tool can access data from the AnimeMerch.com Google Ads account only: account settings, campaigns, budgets, asset groups, product listing groups, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value). The tool does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google service. It does not access personal data of our store customers through Google APIs.
How we use the data. We use this data only to report on and manage our own advertising: creating and editing Performance Max and Shopping campaigns, choosing which products are advertised, and adjusting budgets and bidding.
Storage and security. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored on our own server, outside the public web directory, and only authorized AnimeMerch.com staff can access them. Reporting data is kept only as long as needed for analysis.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share data obtained through Google APIs with third parties. We do not use it for advertising to individuals and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.
Revoking access. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask for the deletion of stored data, contact support@animemerch.com.
Limited Use. AnimeMerch Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
